Fui a dejar unas cosas y una chica que parecía embarazada que estaba detrás del mostrador fue muy poco ética y muy ruda, me explicaba lo que tenía que hacer de muy mala manera, si van a poner personal a trabajar primero hay que enseñarles servicio al cliente, y todas las demás solo miraban sin hacer nada, horrible todo!!!! No es bueno para su tienda y más si son padres y madres que van ahí con necesidades, no justifica el mal trato. Muy mal.

Young man at the counter snapped at an older customer and his immediate supervisor. I guess he's related to someone because why else risk losing business? I felt the need to mention this even though my experience was good overall, so others know what to expect.

For myself, there isn't much to say, my video tells the story. My cashier was pretty cool. And if you're shopping for kids even just a couple times a year like me, you'll never do better than this (be sure to sign up for email alerts on sales etc)

Staff was very upbeat and friendly! But the manager was in a obvious way trying to show she made the rules. Looked at me and I said I'm her to hopefully to sell some items to you, she okay slowly do you have a license with a eyeball
Shocked and Amazed how rude she was. I went to happy lobby and returned back to once upon a child about a hour later my stuff sitting in middle of front cashier area where the I dropped it off at not touched. So I shopped bought 2 pair of shoes. Young man that c ? there was very nice and helpful.i was trying v to purchase both grandchildren skates. He c was trying to fine me a second pair! He was a very delightful person. Go back towards front my items still sitting cash customer line same spot. Finally about another 30 mi went by and I went up front they just then moved it!

This store is such a scam! I'm sure all the stores are alike. Prices are nuts, rather just go buy new clothes. Prices are ridiculous on highchairs and cribs too, if someone thought they might get a deal there..... Toys mostly don't work or are dirty and some overpriced! The prices for toddler shoes are really high as well. Nike's for $25 or $30, can get them on sale new for that. Some staff is nice, most are not. Some staff are sketchy looking people. Just a mess. Been going there off and on for almost 4 yrs. I'd rather buy new and give whatever I have away free and or sell on my own! This place is supposed to be somewhere someone with little money can shop for there child. I hope they can find something better elsewhere! I do not recommend "Once Upon a Child" at all.

Brought a whole tot of clothes 0-6 mnth about half had tags, the others had been washed, dried and folded the week before I brought them. I dropped them off at 2 was told to pick them up at 4. I came to see and they said they didn’t touch any bc they were wet ?. I went to my car and pulled every item out and nothing clearly was wet. Idk if was bc of shift change or what but they choose to not even go through the cloths. Whether it was laziness or they maybe had plenty of clothes idk. But don’t lie and tell someone their items are wet when they are aren’t. I asked the lady what I needed to do and she said go home and dry them, that first shift said they weren’t dry. Won’t try again. ‍♀️loved the idea, but clearly they have people who don’t care.

Tons of clothes on the racks had holes, stains and faded. Ironically half of what I brought in to trade that were barely worn, some only worn once, was deemed “faded.” I spent time going through each item thoroughly inspecting it and ensuring each item was in really good condition and matched all outfits together. What was handed back to me was not faded at all, no stains and they took only parts of outfits and not the complete outfit. So now what I was given back is worth even less because I don’t have the complete outfit anymore.

While there my cashier also did not give me the discount for trading in even though I asked her about it and she said “oh yeah you do get a discount”. She checked me out but no discount and my trade in credit was not used. When I brought it up she said it was too late. I then requested my trade in to be cash. She handed me my quote receipt to sign and did not give me the cash. I then brought that to her attention and she said “oh I didn’t?” and she looked very confused. Another costumer in line acknowledged and spoke up that I was not given the cash for trade in and then the cashier gave it to me.

I was sent a survey to do about my experience and I took the time to do it but it would not submit.

Overall, not a great experience at all and won’t be back.
