Just a fantastic store all around. The associates are absolutely the best. They helped me find a ton of stuff that I was looking for! Sephora in the kohls is great also, the associates helped me so much in there as well. Kohl’s cash is a real thing and wow does it keep you coming back. The prices are great you just can’t beat them and you get rewards. It’s just amazing , name brand stuff too!

I went to kohls looking for flannel sheets and jeans. I was using my kohls cash and my 30% coupon when using your kohls card. When I got to the register and rung these items up, I was very disappointed to find that they were “not eligible for offers”. If I’m using my kohls card I should have been able to use the discount.

The new carts were much nicer then the old ones. I liked the way the checkouts were and the self checkouts. More selections on shoes.

After the experience my husband and kids had tonight here we will never shop here again! We are both cancelling our store cards and shopping elsewhere! The manager and cashier had no clue how to void out one simple pair of pants off the order and managed to freeze up our credit card the night before my sons graduation ceremony that is taking place in the morning!! After 30 minutes of trying to figure it out they messed it all up!!! Kohls credit said the money will be available tomorrow which by then is too late!! Over $500!!

Khol's is my favorite clothes store. I bought 6 very nice high quality flannel shirts today, all on sale at extremely good price! Edit a few months later now and experience is terrible. It now feels like a prison lucnh line with the new register layout. I felt as ugly as the employees did.
