Rude behaviour by a lady staff at DFO south wharf. Another male staff had to tell her not to be rude and she was even racially discriminating.

From the below comments looks your apologies aren’t genuine and there is no improvements after many months of the staffs behaviour it’s still continuing. How could this racist approach by your staff could be stopped ?

Low quality items that look cute but if you take a closer look it’s really cheap. Staff was ignorant showing no interest in serving customers.

Manager of the store was so rude to us as we just wanted to change the dress into a bigger size. She grabbed the dress from our hand and threw it on us, she had no manners to talk to anyone. Without even explaining the reason that why she can’t change the dress today, she just started creating a scene and clicked the photo of us without our permission. Worse experience ever. Will never go back to the south wharf store again. If owner of the store is reading this review. Please take an action.

The lady in the store was really rude. I understand that it’s a Boxing Day but you can’t be so nasty and racist to someone. She was even lying to the other people as I was trying force on her, which was again shocking. As my wife wanted to return the dress she said to her it’s not my problem, come back some other day. I mean how someone can say that if they want to run their business. This lady needs to learn more about basic manners of ‘Communication’. I will not suggest anyone to go their and face rudeness.

Very rude lady salesperson in there who glared at us as soon as we walked in. Going by previous reviews, looks like she's been employed there for longer than she should be. Walked out and didn't spend a dime. Will be putting in a formal complaint to DFO.

I understand that it’s covid times and everything covid has been around for more than 2 years. Either open your store properly or shut your store. I didn’t like the attitude of the lady at Dfo today. I was at the store 5:43 and she didn’t let me come in. Change your store things on google. Me and another lady were waiting and this lady from inside was nodding her head that she ain’t opening for anyone. I went to get a sleeping bag and I knew which one I wanted. It would have taken 5 minutes. This is ridiculous service. Just shut your stores if you can’t open in the given timings.
