Purchased LG washer dryer for $450. I expected it to run at least a year. They looked in good condition and the seller was nice. However, the washer started to leak during the first test run as you can see in the photo. It damaged my walls. In addition, I had to pay a restocking fee for them to take it back. Do NOT ? purchase from this place.

Bought a washer & dryer set from them. After 3 months the dryer stopped heating, so I opened it up to see what was wrong.

I found that a faulty thermal cut off had been bypassed instead of being replaced, which is a fire hazard.

I don't recommend buying any appliances from here.

I bought a washer and dryer 3weeks ago and the washer leaked water allover my laundry room and it damaged my walls. I have been trying to communicate with them to send a technician all what i got going in a circle . If there is zero stars I would . This need to be addressed right away ?

I wish there were more stars to give. From start to finish my experience has been very nice! Bere made a special arrangement for someone to meet me at the shop. Nice selection! Bought a Whirlpool washer on Thursday and it came with a full 30 day warranty. Got it home, hooked it up. First load...Saturday and the door leaked!! Called on Saturday and TODAY, Monday, Rupe and Bere came out as a "team" and in 20 minutes had the rubber door boot removed and replaced ?. No questions asked...No "hidden" charges!! Needless to say I was very pleased! Problem solved! Works like new!!

Horrible just Horrible experience! I bought a set for $650, 3 weeks in I started to have problems. I contacted them about it the came out and fixed but then I ran into another problem and I asked if they would replace the set for another, they tried to give me a $300 for $150 more.
Now why would I pay more when the 1st wasn't working.
I continue to contacted then to come and fix it, until this day I haven't received any service from them.

Worst place to buy everything after a month breaks down and doesn’t work try to call them never respond back. They need to be better cause that is not good selling broken washer to people
