The customer service is minimal. They're constantly watching you like a hawk, and the back of the store where the wigs and braiding hair is, is EXTREMELY crowed, and there's little to NO room to actually enjoy browsing for products. I couldn't even view the wigs because they're behind the braiding hair shelves and high up. It was extremely frustrating, so I ended up putting my products back and going to another store. The gentleman was a bit more approachable than the woman, but I would definitely recommend revamping the layout of the store so you don't lose customers due to the clutter.

Was overcharged for lashes that were on sale. When I came back to try to do an exchange they stated they were closed even though it 5 till closed. I even called in attempts to tell them what happened. They let the phone ring and refused to let me in. I was showing my receipt as well. It was a bad experience. The fact that they exited… Walked past me and acted like they didn’t see me was disheartening.

As soon as i came in, i wasn’t even greeted with a hello or anything, i was told to go outside since i did not have a face covering, as someone who works in customer service, this is not how it’s supposed to work, they’re supposed to say welcome in and then say “we require face coverings” but never straight off the bat, so very unprofessional. As i said sorry and backed out, i saw two lady’s inside shopping with no face coverings and pointed them out and the lady laughed, i got a bandana and came back inside, to then fine her and this little girl who seems way to young to be working laughing at me.just Unprofessional.

The few times I’ve gone to this hole in the wall of a beauty supply they always watch you as if they are guard dogs and don’t ask if you need help just watch you I only go because it’s convenient coming from my job the store is small as hell and crowded … I purchased hair but the wrong kind and I lost my receipt which happens sometimes the hair is literally on the wall and it was still in the bag they gave me I only wanted to exchange but needed a receipt so I literally spent $45 on hair that I will not be using I I will never step foot in this place ever again so I hope that $45 bucks take you guys a long way I FEEL SCAMMED !!! I’ll be sure to drive the extra mile and spend my hard earned money else where …
