The Children’s Courtyard on Carrier has been a blessing for our son that’s been going since age of 6 months to 17 months so far. The leadership with Ms Frankie and the love/ care the great folks here take with our child is amazing. We have been blown away. The camera access is great. The learning plans and activities are creative, we can see our child’s growth daily. The provided meals are great as well. Thanks to all the fine folks here for helping us raise our child in such a loving, caring and educational environment.

Children’s Courtyard was home to my son for 2.5 years. We unfortunately had to leave due to a move. However, I can’t rave about this place enough. Being able to leave your child and know they are safe and loved is priceless. The ENTIRE staff truly treats your child like one of their own. My son has an amazing bond with Frankie, Angie, and Cheryl. I will never be able to say thank you enough for their love and care over the years. We built a family here, and I will miss everyone single one of them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Let me start off my saying Ms Samantha is a great teacher. I wish there were more like her. Ms Melissa who I would drop off to in the mornings is sweet. But the Director Frankie needs some communication skills and courtesy. The only time she would speak to me is to speak business or about things that are negative about my child. You dont get a good morning or any greeting from her or anyone else that is in the office. The way she speaks to you is just unprofessional. For example I was late paying and was charged a late fee which i thought i could just pay on next months statement. But was charged again and when i had politely asked about it she rudely said that thats how business is ran.

All 3 of grand children attended Children's courtyard since infants thru pre-k and after-school care. I can't say enough about Ms Frankie, Ms Melissa, Ms Samantha & the entire staff for the amazing job they have provided for my grandkids. A successful daycare is like a second home, where children feel secure, loved, and encouraged to learn and grow. Hats off to Children's Courtyard for doing all the above!!!! ?

My son went here for over a year and I had peace of mind dropping him each day. The director Ms Frankie is phenomenal. She's hands on and really engages with her teachers, kids and parents. My son's first teacher Ms. Melissa was so fantastic. She cared him and the other kids like her children and we love her. His next teacher Ms Rose was just special. She's firm with the kids so the can learn yet so tender so the know they are loved. She gives hugs and pads that are reassuring for the kids. I think the kids sees her as mom. All the teachers he had and the staff were wonderful. I love the appropriateness of learning at each level. My son loved going there and each night he will tell me I miss my friends at school. I absolutely recommend this place!!

I reviewed CCY 2 years ago (see other post by Paulina) and I wanted to provide one final review 2-3 years later. Sadly, my family is moving, so we are ending our 3 year term at CCY in a month, but I still cannot say enough good things about this daycare. I’m likely biased because I had a COVID baby and this location, it’s teachers, staff, and administration were amazing. As a first time mom in a pandemic, I was beyond anxious, and I never regretted my decision to put my daughter in their care at the worst time of our country. Fast forward 3 years—my daughter progressed from the infant room to the 2YO room, to toddler, to PS1 and now PS2. If we weren’t moving, my daughter would say here until she was ready for public school. All of their teachers are amazing, and I cannot say enough good things about the leaders. They truly put children first, and they try VERY hard to take care of their teachers. I volunteered for a small time at this location when they were short staffed due to the pandemic, and I will say that I learned to appreciate their work even more. This staff has so many regulatory demands to meet to keep their accreditation, not to mention the rigor that comes with running a daycare and training staff and ensuring cleanliness and safety and everyone’s wellbeing. The teachers, though over worked and under appreciated many times by parents like me, spend more time with our little ones than we often do.y daughter has grown and learned so much, and I am grateful for the opportunities this location gave me and my kiddo for so many years. They truly are like family because they’ve seen all of my kiddo’s milestones with me and even supported me while my husband fulfilled his military duty and was gone for 2 years on and off. I would choose this location again and again. Thank you, CCY, for everything!

Above average in some areas. I have visited every other daycare in this area and I believe this is the better choice. Facility is clean, rooms are spacious, and my child enjoys going to school. My only complaint is that my child rarely takes home art work/projects. We were used to her bring home artwork almost every day at our last school. This may be a classroom issue not a school issue. The classes can be quite big especially in the morning if staff is missing, which has been happening more often. The directors seem knowledgeable, although you won't get much interaction from them. Other areas make up for the deficits, pay can be done online and the daily sheets are done online which eliminates excessive papers. Overall this is a good school.
