I have had the best experience at this Once Upon a Child. I sell my little one’s clothes there and each time the employees are so sweet and very helpful. I have gotten a fair price each time and I also love buying from there as well.

I find great deals but when I try to sell things they rarely take most of what I bring. They'll even give me back my brand new items (clothes, bedding sets, toys, etc.) That are still in bags and tagged. It's very confusing on what items are acceptable and I feel like I'm wasting time bringing in items. I received texts that they are looking for toys but don't buy any of my brand new ones when I bring them in.

What would be helpful is some kind of calendar posted with dates of when they are looking to buy certain items and for them to stick to that.

We brought our clothes to sell. They said they only took very few items from the clothes bags. We brought in 2 strollers, once jumper and three clothes bags that were separated that had pairs in one, night clothes in one and separated clothes in the other with socks. Upon receiving the items and returning home with the rest we discovered they took more than they said and did not pay us out correctly. We are missing almost 4 pairs of pants, shorts, a top that went with a set, and some of the shirts. They told me they only took out the headbands, swimsuit, a pair of leggings, and one complete outfit. I will never come back nor buy from them again. They took clothes without paying me out for them and the way they handle the buy out is suspicious, they make you leave the stuff and come back when they go through it without you there and give you what they didn’t want. Where’s the clothes that you took and said you put back in the bag? With all that said.. two nice strollers, one jumper, the little they took out and only gave 75$, which is okay it’s whatever cause we are just getting rid of it… but the scam behind it taking clothes and lying about what they are purchasing and giving you back and hiding some of them.
