Spent almost $300 with them and they DO NOT CARE. Terrible customer service. Inconsiderate workers who DO NOT CARE about their customers. They rather lose business than make their customers happy. First time customer and LAST TIME customer. I will never order from them again. Again, they do not care about you as a consumer. If something doesn’t fit or is messed up. DO NOT plan on them making it right, they won’t.

Use to order from them a lot back in 2013-2017. Became great friends with the owner Sherry. Placed a order this week and received an incorrect item that was important to receive today. I contacted them yesterday, and they said even though it was their fault I would need to pay for shipping for the correct item. I did and they assured me that I would receive it today. Never did. This place is not as good as it once was.

This is now the second order they messed within a month.

Nice selection and decent prices. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There were over 6 female employees on the floor screaming across the store at each other as if they were having a conversation outside or at home. Every single one of them was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked a question. The gentleman employee that was there was very nice and the only one that assisted me while I searched for the items I was going to purchase. I suggest the owner check on them more often and train them because while I spent $1,500 my plan was to spend $5k but I could not tolerate the negative vibes from these women. Two other customers shared with me that they were not just being rude to me they explained they had the same experience every time they shopped there. The employee in the pink shirt took the blue ribbon in rudeness and unprofessionalism.
