Wow, talk about the ultimate kid’s store. Great clothes and spectacular customer service. Tara helped guide me in finding the best outfits for my children. She made shopping easy and enjoyable. If you haven’t been here. It is the place to go regarding anything kids!!!!

Went in to buy nail polish for our niece. The two women (one younger one older) were not helpful at all, rude and with an air of condescension rang up our items. $50 for nail polish. It’s aspen, I get it but I asked for a bag as we are walking around all day and was told they don’t have any with a chuckle. Horrible attitudes, assistance and zero customer service.

I rarely, if ever, write a negative review - but, I feel compelled to after a terrible experience at Monkey’s Aspen. Sure, the store has cute stuff (albeit it poorly merchandised) - but the customer service is beyond terrible. Buyer Beware! I bought my nieces two friendship bracelets here. I walked out of the store, and not even 20 feet away, one of the bracelets broke. I think the jenky chain that it was on was loose. When I walked back into the store to see if I could exchange it … the young women behind the counter said no and would not even work with me. She said all sales were final and she couldn’t understand how it was broken. My parents have patronized this store for years, buying numerous things for their children and grandchildren. So, to have the salesperson be rude and so unwilling to work with us to remedy the situation was beyond disappointing. I did not want to upset my niece whose bracelet was broken - so I walked down the street to Kemosabe where they could not have been nicer. They helped to fasten the bracelet with some twine. Lesson learned! If you’re looking for cute things and a great customer service experience - I encourage you to avoid Monkey’s Aspen, as my family and I will be doing going forward.
