I bought Manna Pro Wheat Mill Run here for years. About a month ago I went to buy it again and I was told by three different people, including one manager, that they were on order but had not come in for months, maybe they would be on the next truck. The truck came and they were not on it. None of the stores around Pueblo had any either. So I contacted Manna Pro to see if they were still making it and they said yes, and that Big R was getting them, it sounded like Big R was in charge of distributing them to different locations.
By the way, Big R online could not do delivery or pick ups for this item. So, back to square one, I called again and was very lucky to talk to Yvonne, because she said she would research it and call me back. She did, just a few minutes later, she had spoken with the person actually putting in the orders. She asked me how many I wanted, and said they would be there in a week. When they did come in right on time, she called me right away.
I just really want to tell Big R management/ corporate, what a wonderful and competent employee you have in Yvonne, and how rare it is to find the kind of customer service and competence anymore! Thanks again, Yvonne!?

In June, a cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to double check a price. In July, they advertised a specific chair for sale, I drove 40 mile one way, then they gave me a total different chair. So 40 miles there, 45 minutes to pay for then get refunded, and 40 miles home. Today I have been waiting 20 minutes so far for an online order that was to be ready 2 days ago. Still waiting. TOTALLY EXASPERATED. TRACTOR SUPPLY from now on.

So it's been 25 minutes and they sold my jeans out from under me. 40 miles, no product that was paid for 2 days ago, and 40 miles home

TRUCK DRIVERS- Banforte Blvd- utilize all of your space! Take a left at the light and immediate right around the gas station. Enter into the post office. I just used the post office address to get here. The dock is unfortunate. Super tight next to the wall. Watch your mirror. I almost got mine. I called to let them know I was 10 min out and again once I docked to let them know I was here.

I get prompt and courteous help.
If I cannot find a product, I’m looking for the associate or Associates have a good knowledge of the store and a lot of good knowledge of their product. This is why I choose the big store in Pueblo For my hardware needs and much more

Got lied to by the cashier was told I get military discount and that it was applied each time to my purchase yet I got told by the manager that it's not applied and that I have to show it each time.. just wish that they cared more
