I am compelled to write a review although I never do. Bonpoint Soho is a beautiful boutique with old class charm. Their clothes make my daughter feel very special. Abby is so so helpful and makes the best recommendations. He takes the store to a whole new level.

This store is amazing!!!! The service is so personalized and they helped me pick out the perfect gift for my sister’s baby shower. I was in a rush and with just a few questions they were able to put together a lot of great options. My sister was so happy and my niece is going to look fabulous. They truly saved the day for me. I’m glad customer service is still a priority.

I do not normally leave reviews but I felt in this instance it was necessary. I came into the Soho Bonpoint to find outfits for my children for a wedding we were attending. The staff went above and beyond to put together several options for each of them. Each of my children felt so special. The clothing is not only beautiful but very well made. Will absolutely be back again!

Great clothes, terrible service.

Bought a quite expensive sweater and pants when I was traveling to NY. When I returned back home and found out that the size was too small, I immediately reached out as my receipt said that I could return it in 30 days.
I called them, where they pointed me to an email address. After emailing them about that I wanted to return the item but was in another country, there was no response. So I sent it again and they told me that I could not return it but I could change to a bigger size. I quickly replied, with no response, so I sent them an email yet again.
Here I am, 30 days later, with the same small outfit and not returning to this brand. Seems like they'll happily sell you clothes but once they've done so, they're done with you.

Not gonna lie, the outfit is really nice. Would be great to be able to try it on though.

I have had to order very last minute birthday gifts to be messengered to the recipients and on both accounts, Abby (a representative at Bonpoint), has taken wonderful care of me. Abby has gone above and beyond on both occasions and is the only person that I will call when I need to make another purchase. While working with Abby, he provided me with a ton of different options for the gifts that I needed. Abby was extremely responsive, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this location and specifically Abby, as he has been wonderful to work with!

Nice clothing but unhelpful manager and customer service. Came here with a gift that was too small for our son and they were unaccommodating. Hopefully they can turn that around as the products are nice.
