I’ve used this company for I think two years now and they have blown out of the water every other brick company that I’ve used for more than 10 years. They engrave their bricks deep and use a better paint that I’ve seen used. The customer service is also excellent and replied to every inquiry in less than 24 hours. Absolutely great company to work with. They double check the accuracy of each and every brick ordered. We had 23 bricks delivered to me for our Veterans Organization. Each brick came double bubble-wrapped and in a sturdy box filled with styrofoam peanuts. Our previous vendor shipped them strapped to a wooden pallet and we always had broken or chipped bricks. The pricing is also way better than our previous vendor. Do not hesitate to use them!!!

We ordered a small amount of bricks (35). They came on a pallet without any protection or dividers. When sending photos of the broken bricks, they replaced more than what we asked for which was great. The entire shipment was not acceptable, but I felt like just the unusable bricks needed replaced.
The replacement bricks were shipped with bubble wrap and packing peanuts and arrived intact.
The initial order was not a great first impression, and it seemed that the bricks were not the same quality as the one I received as a sample or replacements. That may have had to do with the travelling on a pallet in a bouncy truck across the country.
Hopefully the bricks will all clean up when we go to make the honorary pathway.

We have been ordering engraved bricks from BricksRUs for several years. We have a paved pathway on our church campus and sell memorial bricks. They are excellent quality bricks and we could not be happier with BricksRUs. If you are considering a project like this, they are a great resource.
