This was my first time shopping in this location and Kara was wonderful. She was so helpful and so friendly…such a different experience from my regular shopping at the now closed upper east side location that was not friendly in the least. The selection is amazing in this location and I’m so happy to have made the trek downtown for it. And the Damien Hirst behind the counter is beautiful to admire while checking out. I love this place! Thank you Kara!!

The spot in TriBeCa for kids clothing expertly curated. Jackpot for 6year olds to 14 year old girls. Best place to buy a nice kids birthday gift in TriBeCa. Deserves 6 stars.

Agreed with regards to the other reviewers and customer service. I live in the neighborhood and have shopped online numerous times (better size selections) and have run in in the past for pick up a couple of items quickly. Went recently with my children after school and found the staff to be completely lacking in customer service and overall rude. Maybe it’s a different team on the weekends?

Actually, this place isn't bad except the person serving us. I wish I had a name so I could let the owners know someone there is discouraging sales. She insisted they didn't have my daughter's size and another clerk appeared a little later with the size. The other clerk who was not helping is took the time to actually look. Our clerk then started to treat us worse, perhaps out of embarrassment or perhaps that's just her. Please find your weak link and fire her. Boutique shopping is almost dead. We can't let high end boutique clerks with attitude kill the whole industry. I hate shopping online for kids. Who knows their size until theyt ry it?

The great selection is nothing when these SALES LADIES HAVE A DIVA ATTITUDE AND SENSE OF ENTITLEMENT towards customers. I came to a cashier's desk, asked for help with sizes, one lady listened to me fully, said nothing and then walked away to talk with another co-worker; I turned to another 2 ladies at the desk and they were chatting, checking out photos on a phone. Eventually, I just returned the item to its place and walked out.

The place is an embarrassment for such a nice area as Tribeca!

I work in Tribeca, around the cornern from this store, and would not recommend this place to anyone.

What’s the attitude for ladies - not on Americana side. Seriously don’t only serve people that are purchasing and when someone has a return - be nice. You may be loosing a commission - but atleast try to keep the customer!! So many people getting turned off!! Also learn to do returns - always printing mistakes and blaming the system (seriously 😉
