Joey and Leslie were super awesome, just got my first ball and needed it drilled. Went in super honest and asked them for tips and information. Told them it was my first ball and they got right to work! It was way faster than I expected too. I highly recommend them! They’re located inside the Forum Bowl as soon as you walk in to the left. 🙂 cheers!

Great customer service and quality work! Had to get a ball fixed because of some span issues recommended at another pro shop, but they took care of me and did a great job with the plug work and redrill. Also just got my Tundra Fire drilled there and it was quick and came out perfect! Look forward to finally having a pro shop I can trust

Excellent customer service. My wife gave me a Black Widow Hammer bowling ball for Christmas, and I wanted to find a reliable shop to handle the drilling and engraving. That's when I discovered J&R Pro shop. Despite the limited number of reviews, they consistently received praise for their top-notch work, so I decided to give them a try. It was my first experience with getting a bowling ball custom fitted, and both the woman and man at the shop were friendly experts who provided excellent service at reasonable prices for the drilling and additional items… Keep up the great work and Thanks from a Patriots fan lol I believe they are cowboys fans.i

Showed up at 1 o’clock on a Wednesday shop was closed. There was a number listed in the window and when I spoke to the quite rude woman at the front desk, she just kept telling me to look at the signage and call the number I almost just walked out, but I called the number which didn’t pick up. I didn’t think there was even a point in leaving a voicemail. in the future DO NOT GO HERE.

I know I will not be going anywhere else to get my bowling balls or my drills done! i cannot believe how amazing this was to have someone take the time to come watch you bowl and give you tips and know exactly how to drill new ball. Walk away with old ball and take new to drill and it came back with a perfect fit. The other place I went it was in and out for multiple adjustments. Not with Joey it was one time and it felt great not too tight or too loose. I will recommend this pro shop period.
