Went in for a gift - super cute baby clothes and the two ladies working were lovely & helpful. Great gift wrapping, too. Will definitely be back for future gifts!

Wonderful, pleasant, and knowledgeable staff. Went in with a friend shopping for a gift and everyone was just so helpful. Store was very clean (you can tell they must clean throughout the day because you can slightly smell lemons and lavender). Angel and Anne are amazing. They made choosing the right gift super easy. They made suggestions and even informed us of the special qualities of our purchase and the gift wrapping also made me feel special although the gift wasn’t for me. It was nice to have stellar customer service especially at a time like this. It was nice to feel normal for a change. I know where I’ll be shopping for children’s gifts from now on. Thank you all!

Fun store with good election of clothes and related accessories for babies, toddlers, and children. I was fortunate to shop during a holiday sale. The service could have been more attentive; I had asked for an alternate size to a style, and the staff suggested that she would check inventory at other locations. She never came back to confirm this after 15 minutes and the store was moderately empty. Also, not sure what makes this location the flagship; the space was small.

Beautiful high quality items, but you can't return anything after 30 days. So I have a lovely outfit that was given to me as a gift for my son that he will never wear because it was too small on him.

Very disappointed in my experience. Came in from Brooklyn to purchase an item that I had seen online (which was on sale) as I wanted to support the store shopping in person after they closed during the pandemic. Upon entering the store I had the feeling to disturb the staff. When I inquired about the price of the item I was looking for, I received a very cold response saying that the item was not on sale in store, which I understand can happen. No further help was offered to guide a potential purchase or to understand my needs.The person made me feel like if she was looking down on me, perhaps because she labeled me as a bargain shopper: quelle horreur! It's a shame as I am a good client of this brand. As a French person with a lifelong history with this brand I want to say: this is New-York, a different kind of service is expected here. I will keep shopping online, as least my laptop is helpful and doesn't look down on me 🙂

The store itself has great clothes, but the customer service is terrible. I walked in to purchase something and asked if there were more in the back since the one they had out was dirty. The lady seemed annoyed and after checking said that was all they had. I asked if there were any in other sizes and she told me to check myself...there weren’t any other customers there. She then proceeded to say at this price point, it’s the only presentable thing. It was a super rude remark to make and I will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere
