Amazing selection of Beaufort Bonnet and had such a great selection of sizes too! I was able to find matching of a dress we needed for upcoming beach pictures, as well as some back to school dresses. They also have the most precious options of Jellycat stuffed animals that my daughter was so excited to pick out.

I saw a few comments about the staff being unfriendly and honestly we experienced the exact opposite. The woman working was so kind, pointing out sales, giving my daughter a lollipop and then even cutting the tag off her stuffed animal. Wonderful experience and we will be back soon!

Beautiful clothes. The ladies working in the store could not be ruder and less attentive. They do not care to help with sizing. One was on her phone the whole time while we were in the store and the other was dismissive and short. We were the only ones in the store and wanted to buy multiple outfits but instead left empty handed. I will never shop there again.

I love this store. Such a beautiful collection of classic children’s clothing! They also have fun toys, a great collection of books, hair bows and more. The owner is lovely and everyone who works there is warm, inviting and helpful.

Yesterday, my daughter and I stopped there. I wanted to buy something, but the two ladies working were distant and didn't engage. They were talking to us from a distance. New clientele is what’s going to push your business over the top. If you just focus on your regular customers, there will be times when they don't need to buy from you anymore. Their kids are aging or they already have most of your stuff. My suggestion is to "wow" new customers into buying and coming back. Invite them in instead of telling them to shop online. That sends the wrong message. Why do sales people act like they're better than the customer, and when the customer spends money, they make money?

The women that work here are extremely rude. I just moved here recently and wanted to check out the store. I would never spend my money there. They acted like it was a chore to assist me and the lady had rude comments to say about everything.All the women wanted to do is sit around and gossip about other women rather than helping me. I'll give my money to Hip Hip Hooray where they are nice and helpful....bigger and better store too!!!
