I purchased almost $400 in clothing for my daughter at this store. When I got home I realized one of the skirts (cost $70) had a rip in it. I called immediately but phones at both locations did not work. I emailed but no response. I went to the store to exchange but the salesperson said they did not have authority to exchange and she did not know to get in touch with manager. After several minutes she provided me with a card to get in touch with someone. I texted and no response for 2 days. They did responded and said they do not exchange damaged merchandise. The skirt still has tags attached and has not been worn. It is really upsetting given the amount of money I spent and the poor customer service.

Amazing service, I was wary walking in but unlike described by the other comments every policy was clearly listed. I was able to find some of the most exclusive pieces for my sisters kids. Perfect if you want something unique special and high quality.

We received a gift for our daughter and there was no gift receipt in the package that was shipped from the store. We tried to exchange the gift and were told we couldn’t because we didn’t have a receipt. It was their mistake and they were extremely rude and unaccommodating. I will never shop there and if you do…beware!
