I used to live in CT where this store is more common and I'm a big fan. Kids clothes can get expensive when they're growing so fast. This location was clean and well stocked. The staff was nice and the wait for them to go through my items to buy was far faster than it would have been in CT. I always enjoy my experiences with this company

Not a great experience overall. They say they’ll buy stuff, but their “cash offer” is a total joke. Brought in plenty of things and they offered around a dollar or two for toys priced 20-30 dollars in the store. Didn’t take the deal.

Lots of overpriced shoes. Reasonably priced clothes - may save a few dollars on brand names items. You’ll save a dollar vs Walmart.

Will not be returning. A waste of time.

Went here & had a great experience! I mostly shop for my two kids here! Lately more than ever it has been SO neat, the sizes are organized much better. The crew is smiling. The store is overall so clean! I have been to, two other NY locations, & they do not compare to this one! Make the trip!! You won’t regret it! Lydie, Samantha & Jacey helped me today. (As I requested to see quite a few walkers that where on top) the selection of WALKERS, they have here is over the top AWESOME!

I just left the Clifton Park New York Once a upon child store and they sold us a broken stroller and then refused to take it back but also won’t look at clothes 0-9mo the for boys despite there not being hardly any clothes for boys on the floor for any age grouping and then the manager was rude and yelled at my mother and I in the middle of the store. I used to love coming here. I came here all the time when I was pregnant and with my newborn and the openly judge women who come in there and aren’t pretty and skinny. This is absolutely disgusting and horrific for a postpartum mom to come into a place like this and be treated this way.

Great place to drop off clothes! Whenever I stop in, the staff and the store manager, Carolyn, are always friendly, quick, and efficient. They’re very transparent about what they pay and what might not be accepted. And I can tell they’re thorough with their assessments!

i would give this place 0 stars if i could. i came on a monday and the staff was exceptional and beyond helpful, considering it was our first time selling items to them. the girls on the monday explained everything in detail about the process and what they take and were so sweet about all our questions and gave us a cash price that was worth it for all our little items. but then i went back literally 2 days later with the info i was given and the other staff working there including the store manager (short black hair) had such a shitty attitude and weren’t helpful at all and the cash total they offered us was an absolute joke, there was a staff member, a girl with short blond hair (bob cut) that slammed money on the table versus counting it back and handing it to us, they also seemed like they were rushing to get us to leave which felt very rude and disrespectful since we spent a lot of time coming there and bringing a lot of bigger items that we had to put together outside to see if they would take or not. we ended up taking everything apart and bringing right back home. the pricing they offered from the items they received from us was so bad, it was just a major rip off. i’ve been in customer service for 8 years now and the girls working here need to be retrained on how to speak to customers and how to go about things. such a horrible experience the second time around and absolute waste of time. i would NOT recommend going here unless you are only meeting with the staff that was actually very helpful. calling ahead helps but according to the store manager, everything i was told over the phone was completely wrong information. lots of miscommunication in this place. not reliable to bring clothes to sell. I would just not recommend going here at all actually, there is a donation organization called “Things of my Very Own” in schenectady ny that are more than happy to take old items and donate it to kids in need at no cost. please do not bring items and clothes to once upon a child, they will just waste your time entirely. hope the store manager reads this review and understands that she is not a good manager for how she handled her staff, customers, and the store the day i came in. i hope her position gets replaced with someone a lot better and kinder. thank you for reading

I stopped in one day, was having a rough day and a young lady greeted me with a smile. I believe her name was lydie not sure though. Anyway because of the great customer service I received I will definitely be back. Thank you.. sometimes a smile goes a long way..
