siempre me habia encantado ir a comorar a esta tienda pero por lo que paso el dia de hoy no volvere a ir a esta localidad ni menos recomendarla viaje desde buckeye para ir a vender muchos juguetes y ropa eran las 6pm y cuando entro una mujer de pelo rojo quito las cosas del mostrador aparte de mal educada que no dijo ni un hola hizo como que si no me hubiera visto y yo esperando que me pudiera la gran caja que llevaba , pues para mi sorpresa no fue asi la mujer esa se quito del mostrados camino a dejar cosas en donde las acomodan y luego habia otra mujer de pelo rojo tambien atendiendo en la caja a otra muchacha y ellas vieron todo pues la tipa esa lo que me dijo fue si viene a vender cosas no estoy aceptando estoy sola y no tengo tiempo que ver nada ahorita regrese mañana , la muchacha del cajero sorprendida volteo a verme y la vio a ella tambien de la manera que lo dijo , yo me quede parada y le dije puedo regresar mañana no hay problema donde te dejo la caja y me responde no aqui no se puede dejar nada regrese mañana y me voltio la cara pedantemente ella agarre mi caja y me fui ningun adios ni feliz noche ni nada , por tipas como estas trabajadoras esque muchos negocios dejan de funcionar espero y sigan consiguiendo muchas trabajadoras mas asi pues no les durara mucho su negocio me gustaria volver a regresar pero de seguro me topare nuevamente con esas 2 de pelo rojo enojadas , me quedare con las ganas de ir a comprar todo lo que necesitaba !! 0 estrellas por su mal servicio al cliente ...

Over-price items. They had $4 pants (new with tags) priced at $4.50. It is cheaper to buy new or on-sale items rather than trying to shop here. The store is so cramped it’s hard to navigate. And all the reviews about the bad service are true, especially when trying to sell to them.

I gave 2 stars only because i use the trade in stuff to get some clothes for my son. However this place is a rip off. I had 2 sleeves of diapers from a jumbo box of diapers but they tried to give me the price of a sleeve from a small box of diapers. They would not take a swing i had because a small "stain" on the side of it. Said it needs to be cleaned and brought back. However, i bought some foam tiles from them, when i opened then up at home they were disgusting. I had to throw them all in a bath tub to wash them. I brought tons of clothes and they only took a handful of then basically only the stuff with tags on it and barely gave me pennies on the dollar for it. I should have just gifted the clothes away to friends. I was just in desperate need of some clothes for my son. This place years ago was worth it worth the trade in worth the shopping. I used to love it. It has just gone downhill. I will try over the rainbow now.

I was not impressed with this store at all. Customer service is not that great. I brought two playmats, a diaper bag, a bunch of clothes and a couple other items in to trade for store credit and all they accepted were the diaper bag and playmats, all they offered for those was $21. They labeled the rest of my basket 'too loved' and a lot of the clothes I bought had been brand new and worn only a couple times or not at all. The staff did answer my questions when asked but a couple made me feel like they just wanted to hurry me away from the counter. When the lady who checked me out asked if I would like store credit or cash, I had told her credit and she gave me cash. When I told her I had said credit she said it was the same thing. But why even ask then? I bought 3 onesies, two dresses, a costume and a toy and it cost me over $80. The store is also incredibly tiny and cramped and I had a very hard time navigating it with my stroller. I'm never going back. I can get much more for my items on offer up and I can go to a much bigger store with friendlier employees.

I felt like trying to sell items to them was an awful experience. Brought in many items worth several hundred dollars. Even if there is a small amount of dust on them, they won’t take them because they need to be cleaned. I had filled my van with several large items in great condition and they were willing to take 1 item out of 8 or so items.

On a minor plus side there items when shopping are fairly inexpensive. But even with that not sure I’ll ever come back here or recommend it. Unfortunate as the concept of this place is great. The execution and policies is what hurt my experience here.

If I brought in something incredibly dirty I would understand, I feel these items maybe needed a light vacuum from crumbs and a wipe down with a damp rag and it would look new.

I had bought a Pack-n-Play from them a year ago for $50. They told ma at that time they would buy it back for $25 if I brought it back for resale. I also bought several toys. When I brought them back yesterday, they would only give me $8 for the Pack-n-Play and $7 for the toys. It was a total rip!!! If you buy anything here, plan on giving it away rather than returning it for resale. They are not a business of their word and I will not be returning here. They are not reputable. I know they will respond to my response with some song and dance. Beware...do business with them at your own expense.
