I think it’s a hit or miss here because sometimes I can find decent clothes for a fair price, but others the clothes are stained and have holes for the price thats not worth it. I have tried to sell here even with the tags on some clothes and they wouldn’t take it yet they have clothes with stains and holes. Not worth my troubling hauling all the stuff there for them to pick one item.

This place is a hit or miss. Most of their clothes are worn through, but even the ones that are worn through are still the same price as ones that aren’t. For example, a jacket with the Nike sign coming off is still going to be $6.50 compared to a nice looking Nike jacket. All of their name brand stuff is going to be $6.50 no matter how worn. And most of it is out of style. Better off going to Ross or TJ maxx for name brand items and buying brand new than paying $6.50 for a worn out item just because it’s name brand. That’s pricey IMO. Not to mention most of the items for boys are not stylish at all, for the price it’s just not worth it! I did find a few basic items but that’s about it.

Update- brought a second load in today 9/13. I put the clothes in double bagged without a knot and it was returned destroyed. I used a cart to try to make it to the car and all of the Clothes busted out of the bag to the ground trying to get it in the vehicle. They did partially fold half of the clothes.

9/10-I brought a bag of clothes in today and took the time to stack them flat one on top of the other to make it easier for the workers. This is how my clothing was sent back to me. ....Waded up in the bag I brought. I know you all are busy but come on.. be respectful of our stuff. I cut out a step by laying it flat since that what you do when you pull clothes out that are usually folded.
Do better. It isn't that hard to stack up what you don't want after you go through each item instead of throwing it into a container.

They use the same horrendous, migraine-inducing cleaner that Goodwill uses. And then everything for your baby smells wretched and needs to be left in the sun for days, if that even works to get rid of the stench. ?‍?

Of all the OUAC I have visited, this one is the worst. Holes in clothes, stains on clothes, not much selection for many sizes. Just not the greateat.

Not a good place, I went there to sell all my baby stuff, playpen, walker, bath tub, baby bouncers, and I had to come back home with most of it because the lady, said they have to be in perfect condition, I get it that is something good but, I checked out some stuff that they have a their store and it was not in perfect condition and it wasn't that cheap either, so, I don't get why do they want the stuff to be in perfect condition, sorry but I didn't like it

Some of their items are decently priced, others not so much... This kitchen was $30 with food and cook ware. So not bad. I know I've sold with them several times and the only thing that gets me is regardless of the items being brand new or not they don't take that into consideration. They only pay you .30 for onesies. Other than that I like shopping here. And I like selling to them because we get cash and not just credit like other mother's.
