We went school clothes shopping yesterday and my son stopped in here and bought several shirts. He asked for a military discount and was told “aw man, looks like the barcode isn’t working” and couldn’t get it. Okay. Then we drive 2.5 hours home at the end of a very long day only to find that EVERY SINGLE FREAKING SHIRT he bought from Tilly’s has the security tags still attached. Thankfully a local store was willing to help us out when we showed the receipt and explained what a goob the kid was that rang us up yesterday. Please try to do better. For the sake of customer service. For the sake of humanity. Pleeeeeeeesease. ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

Found a parking spot right where I needed to enter the mall. Once inside the mall, found the store location on the map and navigated directly to the store. I tried to make an item exchange from an online purchase, but could not due to the nature of the initial payment transaction. I still ended up making an in-store purchase, though. The cashier and manager were very polite. I read several childish 1 star reviews by people who, apparently, don't think they need to wear a mask and don't want to be told to do so...even though it's now a mandate and for the safety of EVERYONE. If you don't want to wear a mask, please be kind enough to others to stay at home and shop online. There is that option. We had no problem. We wore our masks, employees wore theirs and other customers did, as well. I will continue to shop online, but I will also return to try on shoes since those are tricky.

Terrible shipping times. I ordered something on May 10th and 7 days later the item has still not arrived. Hopefully I'll receive, butid be lying if I said I wasn't a little worried. Either way, I will not order from this company again and I don't suggest this store.

If you are going to be the only shop in the whole mall to not let anyone in without a mask on you should probably have some disposable ones to give to the consumers that don’t have one. You are losing out on so much money by turning people away. I understand employees safety before profit. Just a recommendation.

Understandable for face masks. Im all for it. However giving me a hard time and forcing me to put one on for my baby/toddler who is not required to wear mask according to CDC due to the choking hazard is stupid. Especially since he's in a stroller not running around touching things. Should at least have masks available if they're gonna be the only store requiring baby's to wear masks.
