La peor experiencia de mi vida, un timo. Compre la entrada en la web tonatina.es y cuando fui a recogerla, no tenían . Habían vendido más entradas de las que tenian. Una vergüenza.

Wish I could give zero. The worst organisation I have ever experienced. It was clear the staff were just volunteers who hadn't been given enough information and all of us who booked with this company became very frustrated. There was no information, no structure, no systems.
1. Not enough information was provided before the day so we did not really know what was going to happen or what to expect.
2. When we arrived at the pickup point in the morning there was no information and when some buses arrived everyone just pushed on all at once - no lines, no information about which bus it was, no checking of the times on people's tickets.
3. When we arrived in Buñol we were led to the area for collecting wristbands etc. There was several lines and we didn't know what the different lines were for but none of them were moving because the staff had to sort through bags of labelled packages to search for a person's name. They were just bopping around achieving absolutely nothing. When I walked further up to figure out what was going on I was given some t-shirts out of a box from some other person - even though I would've had a package with my name on it. We had to go back again to ask for the locker tokens which we had paid for and were asked how we had gotten our shirts and the guy just rolled his eyes because the other staff had not been doing things correctly. Luckily we were on one of the earliest buses because the lines were getting longer and longer.
4. The 'lockers' was just a bunch of hooks out in the open. Even though there was staff there, I'm glad I had a padlock on my backpack. Again, luckily we were early because they ran out of plastic locker tokens so people were given paper (at a water/tomato festival) or had to remember their numbers among hundreds of bags on the floor.
5. When collecting our bags after the event there was lines and groups of people everywhere not knowing what was going on. Luckily we had not paid extra for paella or drinks because that looked like a shambles.
6. When it was almost time for our bus home, we were led by a volunteer to the car park but he then just stood there not answering any questions or saying anything. We were standing around in the hot sun and dust until finally asked a bus driver what was going on and which bus was ours. Our bus had broken down, so after waiting the driver took another bus and we had to sprint behind him and everyone was pushing and shoving to get on this bus. There was about 3 busloads of people waiting. We had booked the earliest bus, although no tickets were checked so anyone from another time slot or destination could've got on. There was no way we were risking waiting in the sun for the next bus not knowing when it would come. When we were arriving in Valencia I overheard our driver on the phone saying he was going to turn around and go back.
The festival is amazing, but please don't book with this company, even though it looks like the 'official' ticket seller.

The worst event I have ever been to. We took a bus from Valencia to Buñol at 7 am. Despite arriving early we were forced to queue for 2 and a half hours for our lockers and wristbands. While we were queuing there were groups of people who arrived after who tried to skip the queue. We had to tell them to go to the back and on several occasions there was a real chance of physical conflict with these people. We were forced to monitor the queue ourselves as there were no staff members at all to take charge of the situation. The tomato throwing itself was overcrowded and we were forced to squash together in a narrow street which was extremely uncomfortable. This was highly dangerous and to make it worse the trucks with the tomatoes passed down the middle of the street ñ, forcing us all to stand on the footpath, squashing each other against the walls. Not to mention that we were mere feet from being hit by the truck. Once we finished and headed back to the location where the bus was to collect, we were met with more chaos, as hundreds of people were queuing for their respective buses. But nobody which bus was theirs, and again the staff seemed as clueless as we were. Eventually after one and a half hours we were told by a staff member that we should key in a specific position and the bus would come. As we waited in an orderly queue, more people came to our queue and tried to skip it. On two occasions we saw people involved in physical confrontations as they tried to board the bus. Even members of staff were arguing with people who were skipping the queues. There were not enough members of staff either to enforce the rules, and I genuinely felt sorry for some of them who were not sufficiently supported by their employers. I barely managed to get onto my bus as people continued to skip the queue. I was lucky enough to get the final seat of the bus. I will never come back to this event, and I will be actively warning people in the future never to attend this event as it was a complete nightmare, and it was a miracle that no one was seriously injured.

Awful service. Completely mismanaged. Very small area for alot of people. No arrangement for the number of tickets they had booked. Trying to manage everything with only a handful of staff. No arrangement for changing clothes, awfully managed lockers( people were picking bags without showing token). Last but not least at the time of coming back..there were no buses and no staff present. Along with me 100's of people were roaming here and there to find the staff and bus to return home. But no one was available. After delay of atleast 1.5 hrs, a bus came that could contain only 1/2 of people. People were fighting for life to get inside it with no mercy. Horrible service. There was no proper mention of timing and contact number in the bus. I have booked ticket with after party, but no one told the location ? As no staff was there at the end. Waste of my after party money.

They sell tickets with bus number and seats allocated - do not count on these for onboarding. Arrivall is not on the designated place, you have to walk till there. You don't have where to change clothes. Neither where to shower somehow. Good luck with the hose from some residents. NO toilettes either. Getting back is not at designated hour. Neither place. Squirmish to find a seat on an overheated bus.

AWFULL... BOOKED A RETURN TICKET TO BARCELONA, AND THERE WAS NO BUS WHEN WE CAME BACK. MY CLEAN CLOTHING BAG WAS I LEFT IN BUS WHICH I LOST BECAUSE THEY NOT REPLIED MY EMAILS AND CALLS . I HAD TO RENT A CAR FOR RETURN BACK TO BARCELONA.
