I love this store so much! I started going so I could buy gorgeous, quality clothes for my son, whilst still being sustainable (and giving him a planet to live on is the greatest gift I can give him!). I'm always happy to return because the customer service is second to none. I usually go in and explain what I'm looking for, and the staff dig things out for me from the racks, or even from the items they haven't put out on the shop floor yet. Their knowledge of brands and sizing is also extremely helpful too.

I love Use-Ta! both as a customer and consigner. It really has taken the effort out of reselling my kids clothes.
The quality of the clothes and items sold there is great as well as being reasonably priced. Staff are lovely as well. What an amazing idea!

My first time purchasing and couldn't have had a better experience. Working in retail management I really appreciate great customer service. I was very nervous buying Preloved items without inspecting them in person. However I had no reason to worry. My item was exactly as described in great condition. My item was shipped really rapidly and I had my item within 2.5 days from ordering it late on a Sunday night. I absolutely love the idea of Preloved and reducing our global ? footprint. Such adorable items stocked I will definitely be shopping here again for my three kids.

Often find something special and uniquely Australian to send to my grandchildren in England. Particularly like the favourites from when I was dressing kids - Oishi M, Oshkosh- but also quirky designs from Gorman and Dangerfield. I spend a lot of time browsing- the staff are lovely and make me feel so welcome! Love you Use-Ta!

This store is light-filled literally and metaphorically- it is such a pleasure to browse here and find a wonderful range of clothes and shoes for my littlies. It feels like a wonderful step in the right direction to encourage a sustainable cycle of good quality clothes, and bonus points that my kids can still look great on a budget.

I love consigning at Use-ta to make a little extra money from my kids outgrown clothes and also love shopping for my kids here. You can find the coolest outfits here, just beautiful stuff. Better for the environment - and your pocket!

I've been twice already the staff are friendly and helpful. There are all sorts of used items from children's clothes to shoes to books to hats and maternity wear. This shop encompasses sustainability. The quality of clothes is great and with many top brands too. I'd highly recommend!
