My 2 year old daughter accidentally broke a plastic beaded bracelet while shopping which I brought to the check out and offered to pay for. Without pause they charged me $18 for the small beaded bracelet, and told me that my daughter can put it back together when she is 12. I guess they would rather make mothers and children feel bad and teach unnecessarily harsh lessons rather than be understanding and work with the customer to cover what it may have cost them to buy the item. Charging full price to make a profit in that situation was ridiculous. I love to support small businesses and shop small but I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

When I'm looking for a children's boutique in the area, I usually shop at Hobbie Horse or Lemon Twist. However, Willie's had a great selection of unique children's books, toys, and cute outfits for boys. Karen was excellent at helping me select outfits for my sons.

Willie’s is such an amazing store. My son LOVES going to Willie’s and checking out all the new and fun toys and games they have. I love their continued passion for classic and beautiful children’s clothing and accessories. I never leave this store disappointed or empty handed. The staff is always so helpful, greats us when we come in, and the owner could not be sweeter. You can tell she has a passion for her store and loves both her store and her customers. It’s not easy finding well made, classic items for older boys. Willie’s carries a great selection for both girls and boys through a wide range of sizes. I would recommend Willie’s to anyone looking for a wonderful children’s boutique for clothes, toys, presents, shower gifts, and everyday children’s items.

Hands down one of the best children’s stores in Jacksonville! We absolutely love shopping at Willies. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing to work with and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Even when I take my little girl shopping with me they play with her and make her feel right at home while mommy gets to have a little shopping time. Thank you Megan and the Willies girls for always keeping my little one the best dresses in town.

Super cute children’s store. Highly recommend making the trip to see what they have. Megan and her staff are amazing and treat you like family. They take great care of each and every person that walk into their door. My kids absolutely love going in there to shop and always ask to go to Willies!! It’s one of our favorites for sure!!

My mom and I have been shopping at Willie's for over 25 years and wouldn't change it for the world. The care and love that is put into curating this shop with gorgeous pieces and thoughtful books and toys is something that keeps me coming back. Now that I am a mom, my focus has been on high quality product bought from high quality people. Megan, and the staff she employs, are LOVELY human beings and the experience in the shop is always a pleasant one and I always leave with so much more than I came in for. Willie's is the perfect place to go to update your child's wardrobe or to pick up the next gift for a birthday. Willie's has it all, from adorable outfits, accessories, shoes, books, toys, local art and local pieces for mom's. Megan carries the best brands and is always up to date with the most classic looks. This is a charming family owned store. This is everything wonderful about small business and personal expertise. The owners are parents themselves and all of their beautiful merchandise is hand picked by Megan, and approved by her 5 beautiful daughters. If you have special needs for a holiday, birthday, special occasion, or a just because, they will set you up with the gift you need. The merchandise is high quality, beautiful, and reasonably priced. My boys love all of the t-shirts we have from there, and they can't wait until the clean laundry comes around to wear them again. I even heard one of the owners is a US Air Reserves Veteran and a full time Jax City Fire Fighter. This type of brick and mortar store is exactly the kind of thing we need more of, small business owned by kind people. Shop here.
